What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar browser storage may also be used to remember settings or complete a security check.
How We Use Cookies
We use first-party storage required for language selection, authentication, security, and interface preferences. The public booking link identifies the resident's card or household through the URL; it is not stored in a separate booking cookie.
When bot protection is enabled on the booking form, Cloudflare Turnstile runs in the browser and sends a short-lived verification token and technical signals to Cloudflare. Turnstile does not require a cookie in its normal configuration; a cf_clearance cookie is used only if pre-clearance is enabled. Protectum does not use advertising or behavioral tracking cookies on the booking site.
